General conditions of rent

3. Security Deposit

An apartment or house fully furnished, with cable TV, local telephone access, towels and sheets. Pool and Internet only if they are specifically cited in the description. A cot is available upon request. No daily cleaning (unless it was previously reserved)
6. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or check. Credit cards can only be used to pay the deposit of the bond.
7. Payment Date
The whole rental price (balance of 70%) and taxes must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
8. Pets
We allow only small pets in some of our properties and a deposit of $ 250 will be paid per animal.
9. Smoking
All our properties are non smoking.
10. Visit properties
We will be happy to show you a property before you did the renting, taking an appointment with the manager of the property, so of course it is not occupied.
11. Arrival / Departure
Arrival is at 15h and departure 10h, except special agreement. If the occupants do not leave the property to the specified schedule, an additional day will be charged on the credit card or taken from the deposit.
12. Entry and exit locations
